During this time, our warehouse and shipping capabilities remain operational. Any orders placed online at usedphotopro.com or robertscamera.com will ship to you! Please note that shipping times could be delayed and some carriers are no longer guaranteeing expedited shipping times. This means if you place an order and request overnight shipping – there is a good chance you will not receive that package the following day. Please review our shipping policies and terms prior to placing your order.

Due to COVID-19, the USPS is experiencing international service disruptions including foreign operator service suspension and unavailability of transportation in certain countries. As the customer, it is your responsibility to be aware that you may experience significant delays when shipping internationally via USPS. We are accepting lab and film orders for processing in our photo lab
Place your order at robertscamera.com/lab and you will have the option to have your order shipped or you can utilize curbside pickup when your order is ready.
If you would prefer to ship your film to us, please utilize our mail-in form which can be found here.
Top of PageWe are still able to receive incoming packages as well. If you ship something to our warehouse located at 220 E. St. Clair Street Indianapolis, IN 46204 it will be received by our warehouse team.
Top of PageWe are accepting repairs for service with our manufacturer partners. We are also accepting equipment for sensor cleanings and lens calibrations.
