Returning Merchandise to Roberts

Something not right with your order? Is your product not working, or just not what you wanted? We understand, and we're here to make fixing that as easy as possible.

All items purchased from Roberts can be returned within the first 14 days provided the following:

• The item is in NEW condition
• All included packaging and accessories are included and in new condition
• No warranty cards have been filled out
• You have your original Roberts receipt
• The item was not a special order.

We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee if any of the above conditions are not met. There will always be a 15% restocking fee on all professional video equipment, no exceptions.

Special orders, items without receipts, and items past the 14 day limit cannot be returned as new stock. In the case of dysfunctional product, there may be a manufacturer's warranty to cover you, and we can help facilitate the warranty process for most items. If the product isn't covered under warranty, or you're just not happy with it, after 14 days we'll gladly purchase stock back as used, based on current market values.
